At least take the advice of several other posters and come here and rent to start with. Only then can you really know what it's like and make an informed decision.
I think you misunderstood me. The hotel is legally responsible for filing the TM30 with immigration not giving it to the guest. If they don't I was suggesting maybe going to the police or immigration to force the hotel to do its duty.
I don't know and have never had the problem. Maybe go to the local police station or to immigration maybe. I do know friends with resorts who have been audited for compliance.
