First Years O/A Extension Checklist 16 Jan 2021

1. Completed TM7 form with photo attached, plus 1 x spare Photo

2. Completed and signed: The Acknowledgement of penalties form

3. Completed and signed STM.2

4. Completed and signed Statement form

5. Health Insurance certificate starting the day I applying for the extension

6. Bank book updated that day

7. Bank statement to showing last two months of matured 800,000 banked funds, (Yearly statement next year)

8. Management signed bank letter to confirm it’s my bank, no older than 7 days old

9. Passport

10. Passport photo copy of information and visa page,

11. Accommodation lease contract

12. TM30 receipt,

13. your last 90 day report receipt,

14. A hand drawn map of the neighbourhood where I stay

yes thank you I have been told I should do this by a friend here, I have many things to sort out, ideally be better for me to go back but at a more convenient time would be best, but I don’t have that option, I will talk to the solicitor to see what he can do though, thank you

its my first year yes, can I do that really wow that could be the answer I needed, so i needs to leave before the visa expires and get a reentry stamp is that all ?
