Do I need to start over if my police check doesn't meet Thai embassy requirements for the O-A visa?

Hi all, Just a quick question, I think I know the answer but just hoping I’m wrong, I have returned back to the UK just to sort out a better visa as I have pushed my tourist visa days to the limit I believe, I’m going for the O-A visa based on being over 50, I jumped straight in quick and applied for a police check with CRB payed £65.00 and have received my paperwork from them, it was clear as expected, but have just gone onto the Thai embassy London website and see that they say they only except police checks from one certain company, is this correct ? Do I need to start again, :/
