What are my options for extending my stay in Thailand after multiple tourist visa renewals and without sufficient documentation for a non-immigrant visa?

Hi all, I arrived here on a tourist visa as my intention was to only stay two months but my friend was diagnosed with cancer not long after my arrival and has really needed my help while having her eight chemotherapy treatments and with help from this group thank you! I have managed to stay in Thailand since May with a mix of visas on arrival, tourist visas and extensions, from visa runs to different countries,

she will be having her last chemo this week, I thought I would then get a chance to go back to England to get myself the correct visa to return,

we now understand she will start a tough one months radiography treatment very soon so I really need to stay just one more month if it’s possible,

Unfortunately my luck ran out when arriving back from Kuala Lumpur the customs officer at Don Mueang picked up on the number of back to back tourist visa etc and basically said that will be my last and she will make a note on the system I must get the correct visa next time,

I did manage to get a 30 day extension over Christmas though,

what are my options now if any?

Do I have to fly to the UK now?

I have been searching on many websites and just getting more confused, as I’m 55 I thought I could get a non-immigrant category O visa but I read it is available for persons who are receiving a UK State Pension, of which I’m not at 55yrs I cannot see another visa that fits my position,

I have no income as such I am retired I have enough funds in my uk bank account but no original bank letter to prove this, can I print this information myself, is there any other important information I need?

Where’s the best easiest country to receive a visa if this is an option for me?

Thank you in advance for any help you can give me,

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on how to extend their stay in Thailand after initially arriving on a tourist visa and facing complications with customs due to multiple visa renewals. The situation is urgent as the user wants to remain in Thailand to support a friend undergoing cancer treatment. They've previously managed to stay through various visa strategies but were informed by customs that they cannot extend tourist visas any further without obtaining the correct visa. The user inquires about options such as the non-immigrant category O visa, which they believe might not be applicable due to their age and lack of pension. They also ask about necessary documentation and possible countries where they could apply for a visa.
