I have just gone through 12 month extension process at Jomtien. Immigration did visit the office during the process as standard practice.

Thankyou...paperwork is already prepared as part of accountants paid position. Hate the fact of being ripped off as I pay my staff above average wages. I’m on a steep learning curve of ‘all things thai’
