When I travel, I put the motel in my Thai wife’s name. If the motel does a tm30 in my name then I have to refile my tm30 when I get home

After I completed the online visa and mailed information the DC they replied that my ASQ was missing even though it was not on this list of required documents. I emailed it and was approved

I had to give my residency after quarantine on both COE and Visa. I hadn't booked it yet and just listed were I was planning to stay. They approve it like that. My ASQ is now asking for that information
