so maybe if she agrees to the extension based on marriage, and him then changing to retirement extension once money is seasoned and a divorce after that, would it be feasible? The renewal is due sept and he's 50 in September. What a mess. 🤦
yes. That's a point. He needs time for family to raise the extra money to put in account. So it's seasoned. But don't think anyone's got the extra cash spare.
there's a child of 12 to consider. The house is rented with funds from his family. No reason they can't make a plan after September to change reason for 1 year extension to retirement then get divorced?
he's due to extend on basis of marriage. Been married 12 years. I believe, he does not need to agree to the divorce and hes suggested they come to an agreement for a time ahead ( 50 in September) once funds are seasoned.
ok. Thanks. I thought it was. Bit of a problem for someone who's on extension based on marriage, and wife wants divorce just before they are 50 and almost due to apply for extension. 😡
they didn't say it was against the law. They were unhappy with his loaded passport, his obvious living abroad, his comment about staying 60 days, and maybe a bit of attitude ( which is coming across here too). They may have been over zealous, or a tad jobs worth, but it's their job.
