Ok, Thank you. Well, its looking likely that my current landlord will not do my tm30. So, if i leave the kingdom before my 90 day report and then re-enter registered at a new address (new landlord) that will do my tm30, will this be ok? Not sure?

Ofcourse, you can bring in more than $20k, if you can justify what the funds are for. $20k is the limit as "undeclared".

$20.000 is the limit you can bring into Thailand. So, if you had $10.000 thats certainly no problem.

Theres more to this post i think. If visa history is clear, there should be no problem. You only need 20.000bht (show money) approximately $620. They rarely check your "flight out" ticket.
