Yes its possible but if she does die first you have to sell as you can't own a house don't quote me but I believe you have a year from death or settlement of will not sure ask the lawyer good luck

it's everyone but means if u have home you can stay there if your not very ill . if your a tourist best case is your in a covid hotel. But if your very sick you will be sent to hospital so most tourists will be in hotels as the room is needed in hospitals for very ill patients that's how I read what's stated only my opinion
