I believe you.. for me the standout idea that I remember was about importance of the burn in order to massively increase the product yield.

I guess it's not common knowledge .... Umm... A LOT of seeds need to be burned in order to germinate and burning the rice crops in a specific pattern (then mixing the burned sludge with other shiz) yields over twice the amount of rice-output of not doing it. There's docos about this. That's how I learnt.

I think it's mint you even got offered a quote at all! Take it... But read the fine print. It probably says "if you're 70 we'll sell it to you, but you can't claim after your 69th birthday".
