goodluck bro.Register in small province easier.People there are not so demanding.First i try register in Hadyai too much hussle than on my 2nd try i did it in mae rim(Chang Mai)Only 5 minutes all done.500tbh as witness for me.

Dude is better you go back.I am a Malaysian married a Thai in Thailand.They need a certification status of my Malaysian status than you need to go to commission of oth's to convert in thai language.No such thing as pdf file.

Bro i already got my pink id and yellow house book for 10years and the truth is unless you a thai you get the blue.For your pink id is only good for traveling without passport,buy apartment or car under your name or else is useless.
