TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend a 60-day stamp on arrival for another 30 days in Thailand, you can still go to Lak Si Square in Bangkok. Make sure to bring the required documents: a copy of your passport detail page, a copy of the entry stamp, two passport-sized photos, 1900 Baht, and a TM30 screenshot or receipt from your hotel.
