well, if you have a history of two visa-exempt entries not very long ago, I reckon your chances of being allowed a third visa-exempt entry are dim. And even a "Visa-Run Company" can't influence this outcome. Actually a "Visa-Run" Company will check your passport, and if they think you won't have a chance, they don't let you book the tour. Maybe the agency you already asked and which "is not responsive", did exactly that

maybe you should share with us the information, on what kind of visa-class you entered Thailand, or if you entered visa-exempt, then it would be good to know how many of them did you make, yet, during the previous 365-days. The experts in this group would be given a base to estimate your chances for the coming border run you are planning. If you already got a heavy stamp record, even an agency from some point on cannot get you safely across and back

she did not mention on HOW she plans to enter. Nor did she state her citizenship. Her profile only says that she LIVES in Sweden. She could be on a tourist visa, or doing a visa-exempt entry. My reply covers BOTH options! The person who doesn't comprehend is YOU

you can exit Thailand at Nong Khai, book a hotel in Vientiane that has a good & reliable WiFi. You will need to apply for the single entry 90-days Non-Imm O Retirement Visa through the E-Visa online system of the Royal Thai Embassy in Vientiane. You can check the requirements for this application on their website. You will have to pay the application fee personally at the embassy in Thai Baht (!), because they do not accept credit card payment. You then wait and stay in Vientiane until the application has gone through or not. The processing time the website states is 4 to 10 days. We have had some reports from people telling that they received their visa after 5 days

the proof of 20,000 THB is part of the requirement in the E-Visa application for a tourist leisure visa. . . . . . . AND at the border an Immigration official can ask for cash 20,000 THB or equivalent in another currency

Are you able to read? You can be asked on two occassions to show that you have 20,000 THB. The first time when applying in the e-visa online system for a tourist visa, and the sceond time at the border. She did not specify for which occasion she needs either cash or a document from her bank. So I informed her about exactly what she needs to know
