Right, I get the latter part of your comment - I guess what I’m driving at is alternative Visa/WP options other than a company. Like marriage visa or whatever.

Also, how are we sure it was a dormant company? Is that the default for a company with no employees? Any more info on that? Surely it’s possible to have active companies without employees.

And as I already stated - the need for the business structure is necessary regardless of where I obtain a Visa/WP.

I’m extremely confused. The costs are normal given the overall structure of what I’ve setup - I’ve never disputed that.

But perhaps there is another, better structure, with lower costs.

Is there something wrong with finding a better structure to save costs?

So where would you suggest the Visa & WP come from? Do you just get that with marriage visa?
