u already got in the country for a year using an ed visa. I highly doubt the immigration will let you for 3 more months visa exempt. You should try to get a tourist visa in another country and hope that can get granted to you. Ed visa has been abused by hundreds of thousands of foreigners who wanted to live in thailand without having the requisites and now the game got broken.
cuz you probably stay there for a few days and then leave. We were talking about someone who wants to live in thailand for a long term doing border bounce every months or 2 (in case of extension).
damn, u are really freaking dumb. An officer has the right to deny your entry in the country anytime he wants. There are people who had the visa and got denied as well. Try to fly in and out of thailand, visa exempt, for a whole year and you'll see whatever u get denied or not...
bullshit again, there are hundreds of thousands of posts of people who got issues, especially during the past few months after covid. You CAN'T fly in and out of the country every month (+ extesion) if you don't have a proper visa. There are a lot of people (including me) that got warned not to come back again without a visa
u already overstayed which makes everything way more complicated. I suggest you to fly to KL or Vientiane and get a tourist visa. It's very likely you'll get denied if you try to entry visa exempt. Is your daughter thai as well or she owns just your country passport?
bullshit, I entered the country for the 3rd time by air 2 weeks ago and the officer at the bkk airport asked me a lot of questions about the reasons I was in thaiand for such a long time. He allowed me for one last time after I showed the ticket for leaving the country within 2 weeks and 2000us$ cash. He told me if I get back again this year, I better get a visa. No official limits doesn't mean you can do in and out forever
2200baht return. Well, if you prefer to spend 5 hoursx2 driving in a van which has 0 maintenance, with a bus driver that has just a couple of hrs of sleep and often is on amphetamines/alcohol then is your business. I really doubt anyone would say the van driver are professional, they have a VERY BAD REPUTATION and you can read of accidents almost everyday involving those. Anyways, I'm not going to take a private jet so I don't get the point about the impact that I'd have by taking an airplane. Take your van, I'll still go with the plane instead ;)
