I had to re schedule mt flight 4 times through qatar now

my final rescheduled flight is end of june and i doubt they will fly bacl but they keep on saying we will email ypu or contact you if anything changes they never did that until i called em just rediculouseness

I have a quick question i am on a tourist visa in thailand for 90 days and thats already done but i know we can stay till end of july but my question is do i have to go back home and renew my visa then come back here because i only have a single entry visa? Or can i renew it here
