Bitcoin (and now USDC/USDT) solve this.

If you'd realized this years ago, you would now have enough money to buy unlimited Elite visas for your entire extended family to open Thai bank accounts and spend the rest of your days sending early retirement money around. But it still holds true today.

Banks will only become more pedantic and limiting with your own money. Look into the alternative (not 'Wise') and you'll be happy.
