Anonymous participant 948 I stayed at Hotel Clover 7. Great location, not too pricey at all! The room is the size of a shoebox, but for a couple nights, I found it very tolerable (and the bed was very comfortable!).

honestly, I’m not even joking, an absolutely fantastic day would be to fly into Singapore, chill at the airport for a few hours taking in their tremendous attractions there, and then flying out!

what’s your problem here? I’ve been to a dozen other countries. I just thought it was nice to mention a place that isn’t usually in the conversation. Just trying to be helpful.

I did when it was first announced. Took about a month, but got it approved on my first try. 👍

Timeframes may be shorter now. Not sure.

it’s asking a lot of an agent to know that. It’s brand new. They just want to hear that you’re not working. The underlying reason for the visit. Not the specifics which were probably confusing to the agent. Just my theory.

FYI, in the future, the correct answer to all questions is “tourism.” Not “courses,” or “seminars.” Why Vietnam? Tourism. Why Thailand? Tourism. Your answers were probably perceived as work related, and they take that very seriously.
