@Mark *******
Did you even read my post?

I gave all documents to the agency (which btw wouldn’t start without having checked that everything is good), but they asked for more than the requirements.

Get some knowledge instead of misinformation.

The 9th on the visa is the last day he can enter the country - nothing more and has nothing to do with extension.

The day he enters, he gets the 60 days stamp that he can extend by 30 up to something like 2 weeks before its end.

Muahahahah.

You compare to bank rates.

They are 2-3% off of interbank rates. And that’s what wise and revolut use!

@Keith ******
That’s one reason why I use Wise. They never charge anything. Only the Thai bank takes 220.

Plus they have constant exchange fees while revolut has a shady system that makes it hard to know how much they charge you.

The exchange rate of a credit card kills you. You lose about 3-5%.

Wise (and revolut, if they have a card) are different. They give you interbank exchange rates, which you can’t get anywhere else.

If you’re not scared of loosing the cash, it’s the best you can do.

Exchange rates of cash are better than what revolut can do.

But paying with revolut is ok too, if you can (I use my Wise debit card almost everywhere).

Pulling cash from atm if you don’t have a Thai bank account is a bad idea - they take 220 per transaction.

Renting anything is possible without any visa.

Nope.

Helpful would be to tell exactly what to lookout for.

What you did was just garbage.
