this is Thailand. Anything is possible. I arrive on a 30 day Visa exemption in March 2020 and obtained a retirement Visa without leaving the country. Don't listen to what the official rules might be because they are not always what occurs in real life. I'm telling you that if you that it is 100% guaranteed if you hire the right people.
