i assume they check most of these themselves as I only submitted the docs listed in my original post. I think they require the trainer to have relevant certification (point 4).

I guess depends. It will be annoying carrying that printout every time (I assume soft copy will work) but I don’t want to give up a full page for a sticker in my already full passport that has 3 years until expiry.

great point. Plus my passport is almost full of different visas and stamps. Was slightly worried they gonna take up another page 😳

No, have to print out the confirmation letter and I understand that this printout needs to be shown to the border officer when entering Thailand. I'm going back to TH on Monday so will know better by then 🙂

You won’t go to the embassy anyway (all evisa these days) and my visa was approved by Hanoi embassy in less than 24 hours. Only positive feedback.
