Went there on 17 January with the paperwork. New passport received on 29 January. HMPO at Trendy is friendly and very efficient. Highly recommend.

yeah it is. Most documents can be used every year if you stay in the same place.

bank statement and letter from that day. Passport. Blue book. Contract from buying the house. Marriage cert.bank passbook. Cash. Plus copies of everything, signed, including every page of passport.

My renewal at Hua Hin immigration office took forty minutes. Make sure you have all the necessary paperwork.
