If your cat is small enough to fit under the chair in front of you it is relatively cheap and easy, mostly vaccinations and a health check in the uk. If it is a snub-nosed breed, it can be a lot more difficult but still likely doable. I took my snub nosed dog last month and had a local company bring her straight home while I went into the ASQ.
