Help me out here. This gentleman has a 12 month, multiple entry spouse visa. WHY does he have to do a border run every 90 days instead of a normal 90 reporting at a local immigration office. It is no wonder people get confused with there being so many visa types.

UPDATE:As I suspected. My friend checked with Immigration and was told that the offices will be closed the entire week of Song Kran. April 10-14. If anyone has visa dealings for that week, check with Immigration to avoid problems.
