Can I apply for a DTV visa from Myanmar while I am currently living in Thailand?

Laos is hard for Myanmar passport holders. I'd suggest Vietnam (Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh) or Indonesia (Jakarta). Make sure to cancel your Ed visa in CM - then you have a few days to leave. As long as you get the next visa, you don't need to go to Burma to apply. Even if rejected, you'd be able to fly in for 15 days and make a new plan.
