You've obviously not spent so much time within the Kingdom...

Not alot gets done in a Hurry Sabai Sabai in any part of Thai Society it's not part of the Psyche or demeanour...

Not sure what the website states but most say upto a few weeks now don't they...?!?

Hopefully the wait will be over before you know it...

Even with Faulty goods from huge retailers or multi-national companies you'd be hard pushed...

Makes Warranties for items obsolete useless not even worth the paper they're written on ....

Your very lucky to get any refunds in Thailand with a receipt in my brief experiences trying to get one...

Most of the time never happens very rarely ya get anything at all ..
