I did an ED Visa with Chakrit a couple of years ago. Yes it is registered with the MOE. and yes, their english is basic, but they're muay thai trainers, not language teachers! When i was there, his niece(?) was working there organising most of the paperwork, and her english was a bit better. But the process is as Tod has said. In the end i couldn't take those chaeng wattana visits, and so still opted to instead visit neighbouring countries on a short weekend getaway, rather than lose the will to live getting to the govt office and back. Good luck with it all :) They're good trainers, and it's a good workout.

Sam English the duration is the same as any education visa. The fee I can't say; I did it in 2015-2016 so not sure what the price is anymore. It was quite reasonable tho, considering you're getting a visa, and the better part of a year's muay Thai training as well

no set times, you can just rock up whenever they're open and whichever trainer was free, woukd for the session with you. As a visa student, there's a register you sign on arrival each time to record your attendance, for the benefit of when immigration come to check the school

I used to do 2 sessions/wk with Chakrit, but wasnt sure if it had changed since then

Nitzan Kon it's dependent on the immigration rules. There's a minimum no of hrs lessons you're meant to do a week, similar to the Thai language classes. Best to check the most up to date immi regs. Or contact the school direct and ask them prob best

I did it with Chakrit Muaythai in bangkok, off sukhumvit road

He'd have to go x no of times a week, but it'd be a good workout, good break from studying, and still leave plenty of time for the studying. I did the same at one point

I did it with them a few years back. It's legit. You have to attend a minimum no of sessions a week for the visa, which was included in the price. They do follow procedure and they did have an immi officer come and visit at times. They had a register you sign each time to show your attendance. Paperwork is all done, but you need to be aware yourself of what /when you're required to go to immigration etc. I went to chaengwattana one time, and made sure I had pics on my phone of the training so I could show the officers if they questioned (which they did). But they were more amused than anything; I think it was just a nice change for them from all the language students they get
