So for requirement 1, are you having the hotel booked and paid in full ? for how many days ? and for requirement 2, you have an onward ticket leaving Thailand ?

my husband will apply retirement visa next year when he turns 50, so from now till then, can only apply tourist visa 60 days + 30days extension, plus visa run and or border bounce etc. or other method I miss ? welcome suggestion .

this is tourist visa for 60 days, do you mean I need to book hotel for a full 60 days ? that is huge amount. Or when you say to match the period of flight ticket, so I guess if my ticket is for 4 days (i.e. staying 4 day 3 nights in Thailand ), then I can book hotel for 3 nights for this period, but would they challenge me the need to apply tourist visa for just staying in Thailand for 4 days and reject my application?

sorry for permanent address, you mean address in Thailand ? would they challenge me for having a permanent address in Thailand when applying for a tourist visa? or should I write the address in my home country (in Hong Kong)?
