I believe once you enter the information they ask you to download a file- that's where the trouble is. If you didn't download that then you should be okay.

Samui has ticked all of those boxes for me. The first one was an under consideration, but the two after that have been 60 days straight away. 1900 baht each time. Only one I'm not 100% on is the dates bit, as I always go last minute anyway.

as always super helpful. They said that their immigration specialist told them this when they contacted immigration office. Unfortunately I’m in a different city so it wasn’t an option to go with them, and my immigration office aren’t able to give me an answer (some say can some say cannot).

Yes, my one year extension was cancelled by my previous employer, and I was told previously that I’d be able to convert to a ED visa but only until the original one year extension date (March 2021) so I don’t understand why it wouldn’t be possible to get a new/ reinstate the non-b.

Anyway I’ll keep searching for an answer and let you know if I have any luck ☺️ Thanks Tod

Thanks so much, I'll explain this again. They don't seem to be aware of it as they said I still need a visa type.

Ok that makes sense, despite so many people saying that's impossible. It's with a potential employer, they said they need to know my visa type before proceeding with anything.
