I have an extension of stay based on a retirement visa & would love to use the 90 day online reporting, but having asked at my local immigration office in Koh Samui, they have told me on 3 separate occasions that I can't (they do not accept it). I know that many other people in my area do use the online reporting. Do you know if it is actually another matter that is down to each Immigration office whether or not they accept the online procedure? I will check with them again when I report in March.

. So I take it that I complete an Application for Re-entry Permit TM8 form before my first departure from Thailand to then gain a multi entry. Do I then complete a TM8 form before every departure?

My husband has been a dependent on my Extension of Stay for the last approx 10 years. We deal with Koh Samui Immigration. The only extra paperwork we show is our UK marriage certificate (no longer have to have it certified, but that may be different in other Immigration Offices) & as well as the usual passport photos of each of us, we also show a passport sized photo of both of us together.
