My dad heard a cat meowing when he was close to dying. You should go to the hospital and get checked up. See if there is anything wrong. P.S. But since that province has a lot of ghosts, it could just be the ghost of a dead cat. Either way, get a physical.

Unless the marriage happened in the USA as well... I don't think she has any legal rights... Only to assets they share in Thailand. Theoretically, I think that is what it would be, but you should ask a lawyer.
