around 20 March we did a border run at Nong Khai to Laos. Wife left Thailand on her Aussie passport. We told the agent helping us that she wanted to re-enter Thailand in her new Thai passport. He said can’t be done which was strange. So she entered back on her Aussie.
thanks heaps! She already has her new Thai passport. The one year extension on her Aussie passport will help immensely. Last thing we want is her leaving before 31 July the coming back in her Thai passport and have to quarantine.
Why would she have to leave Thailand by air? What’s wrong with a land border crossing?
