I am moving to a new Airbnb apartment tonight. Can I do the TM30 myself and where do I go to lodge it? I am in Bangkok.

Nope you can't do it by yourself, the owner has to do it for you or give you documentation to go do it for them.

How about stating what type of visa/extension you're on now?
