Hi all. Looking for advice on a 60 day visa extension since I am married to a Thai. We have the official marriage certificates and were married in Thailand.

I entered Thailand from Laos on 17 March and received the 30 days on entry which gave permission to stay until 17 April. Staying here now on visa amnesty to 31 July.

Even though the 30 day entry visa has expired, am I still allowed to apply for the 60 day extension?

Yes you can; I recommend waiting as close to July 31 as possible before applying for the 60 day extension of stay based on visiting Thai family.
