So re-entry permits are more than 1 time use? Because i will be back from Myanmar within 4 days, and i'd hate to be stuck because i already used my re-entry permit.

Also, there is a flight that is meant to land in BKK at 15:30, and my GF's flight to Myanmar is at 16:10, I thought that might be risky since its so close together I might not make it, thoughts? (This is why my initial post was talking about being in BKK for 4-5 hours to and not take this risk, but if everyone thinks its not a big risk i'd rather do that)

The cert was only to get a bank account. I might just get a letter from a school I sign up for instead.
