Sorry for the repeat question but where is the best/fastest place to get a SETV leaving from Bangkok?

I was going to leave on friday, but i want to come back on monday or tuesday latest. And immigration doesn't open on weekend. I read that phnom penh is 3-day processing. I'd rather not do laos again. Any suggestions?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The best and fastest option to obtain a Short-Term Tourist Visa (SETV) from Bangkok involves visiting a nearby Thai embassy or consulate during the week. Key suggestions include cities like Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, or Penang, as these typically allow for a 1-day application process, with submission in the morning and collection the next working day. Users are advised to plan their travel carefully, ensuring arrival before the embassy opens on a Friday morning, to allow for a return flight on Monday or Tuesday.

It take at least two days to apply, day 1 in the morning and you pick up next working day in the afternoon. I don't understand the rush for a tourist but you can choose from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Rayong, Vientianne, Savannakhet, Ho Chi Minh City, Hong Kong, Bali and I can continue this list with every city with a Thai Consulate or Embassy. I would say use Google or a travel agency to get a travel plan together to arrive before 11:00 in an Thai Embassy or Consulate on Friday morning and a flight or bus back on Monday late afternoon, Good luck. BTW the application for a Non Immigrant B visa takes the same time, Work permit little longer but at least you work legal in Bangkok.
