can't judge in short time...every country has a rep for brown envelopes, now use wire transfers.

All in all, nowhere near as corrupt as US cities have been to.

Diff is in a poor country, the transfer is about 200 baht.

They state Agents needed for O. OA, student., Open bank accounts. Etc.

One even openly advertises they'll get you a Driver's Licence without a Test. ( as though not enough bike deaths ).

Agents are becoming an industry unto themselves.
