to do an extension you have to do all the paperwork again. Why would you do that when you can leave and re-enter with a fresh 180 days?

you should never do an extension. Personally I don’t do 90 day reports either. Prefer to travel and see other countries. Gives a nice break from Thailand.

been here 11 years and never done a 90 day report. That’s just a good excuse to travel every 90 days. By extension you mean extending the visa because you haven’t left? If that’s what you mean then I’m not going to worry about that either. Easy to travel somewhere every 90 days.
