Experts will chime in.

There may be some confusion between visa and extension.

Do you have non-O 90DAY visa based on retirement already ?

If you do not, then yes your dependants will likely have to leave and re-enter to qualify.

For an extension the bank letter is good for up to 7 days for the extension (I have renewed recently at Phuket).

The bank statement/balance has to be sameday, best to do some sort of transaction then print update.

Needs more info I think.

Yes Canadians can come in 30days visa exempt.

Just need Thailand pass, which will likely be scrapped doon.

You will need the housebook and the business papers, Dbd etc. ,( l believe thats all) showing that your are listed as shareholder.

No big deal really.

originally 90day non-o.

Visa is not really relevant to the pet import.

As long as you have all docs your animal can vacation with you.

We brought 2 cats in from Canada.

It is a process, expensive for travel and import is a bit of a thing.

You can get all the entry info online and contact the port of entry, for us phuket, to make sure all is good.

no that is not true.

There is no exception for retirees.

All items imported are subject to tax and duty.

It is not recommended to bring things in.

In most cases it is more cost effective to replace with new here.

You cannot know what they will charge.

We just started over.

sorry but it sounds like you be overstay and will have to leave and re enter.

Hopefully without issue

Visa agents, real estate agents and the like are not regulated here.

There is little recourse available, in many cases you are paying for the connections they have at immigration to obtain a grey area visa or extension.

There are reputable agencies that will handle legit visas, for complicated or convenience, that ultimately you could do yourself.

no any foreign docs, marriage etc..no translations or notarizing needed

not needed IDP has that already, at least the CAA we have from Canada does.

We have not had to have anything translated or notarized for any transactions, including IDP , VISAS, EXTENSIONS, car purchase or motorbike.
