I'm still researching to find out where to apply. I'm currently in Mongolia but will be leaving soon. I'm a full-time digital nomad, no country of residency so I have to pick one.

Does anyone know if there is an issue proving your freelance revenue if you only recently started a new company?

I was employed until April, now run an LLC in Dubai remotely. Now I wonder if the mix of documents will be an issue.
