approach 100%. Remember to stay calm and if it is not acceptable to the immigration officer (there is a very low chance) smile and say "how can we resolve this". It has worked for me in immigration a couple of times.
I don't think that you will have a problem, just if you do.
what Aaron is correctly saying is that there are plenty pf presidents where remote working is ignored.
In life it is about assessing the risks. The risk of having an issue is extremely low. Especially if you don't advertise the fact by asking immigration questions they really don't want to answer.
if you are talking about the 400k that needs to be in your accounts 2 months before you apply for the extension. Some offices require you to leave it there for the pending period and want to see it again the day they ink the extension into your passport. Phetchaburi is not one of those offices so at Phetchaburi the requirements are only 2 months.
I agree 100%. Bearing in mind the 400k only needs to be in the bank for a very limited time. Once you have the visa start building up a history of transferring 40k a month. After 12 months you will have the history.
My initial thought is that this will be very hard for you to do. There is the issueue with your address, which you have identified. There is also the time it takes to send your application to the UK, get the passport processed and then sent back to Thailand. This process is currently taking between 3 and 4 months.
If you have less than 6 months remaining on your passport this can cause issues applying for visas.
I could not agree more. For so many of us our immigration status is a major priority in our lives. To have this group to get great accurate advice is invaluable.
it did make a difference because you could apply for a Schengen visa in the UK. Having the UK visa you were 90% there with Schengen. Now she will need to apply in Thailand.
