I have a friend who needs to check and maybe register his TM30 and do a 90 day report in Bangkok. Which immigration office does he need to go and does he need to make an appointment first. His 90 day report is due in about 2 weeks.
Thanks in advance for your help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Your friend should visit the Muang Thong Thani Immigration office in Bangkok to file both the TM30 and the 90-day report. The TM30 registration is handled at Counter B, while the 90-day report is done at Counter A. It is advisable to check if an appointment is required, especially since the 90-day report is due in about two weeks.
