ok, cheers, from what I was reading it seemed like the non O was within thailand only and the non O-A was the only option from here (UK)! My misunderstanding.

So its obviously much easier to get a non O from here as you did. Ok thats good news. I assume I need the 800k + in the bank. Is it the same requiremnt of having the £ in the account months before or didnt they worry aboit that? How long did it take? As i cant get flight tickets until ive sold up! Id need somewhere to stay! Ha ha

ok so did you use bangkok bank? What docs did you have to give?

Prob also for me is the flight tickets as i cant prebook them, cos im selling and i cant accurately forecast completion date. I wouldnt hv anywhere to stay whilst i waited....

No.3 is almost impossible to get in uk. I tried before for a job in china, the doc didnt hv a clue anf yiu cant just turn up and ask for a bespoke medical test...and then the notorisation! That alone makes it not easy / impossible in uk.
