like I said I can only go by what my lawyer friend told me, I am not a lawyer.

I only know what a lawyer friend told me, and he said making sure the prenup was not dismissible was almost impossible. The simplest method to get it dismissed is to argue it was signed to stop the wedding being called off, therefore under duress.
