make sure after it's approved you go back into the system and select "Next Appointment" print option so you can get the receipt that you carry in your passport and that has your next due date on it

this is supposed to be a page to help people with visas in Thailand. An administrator should be there to help not try and be a comedian. 90 day reports online has been a nightmare for some people, and I was simply letting the more mature members of this group know it worked for me. Maybe when you get a few more candles on your cake you will understand.
