TLDR : Answer Summary
A user shared their experience of arriving at Suvarnabhumi Airport just four hours before departure and going through check-in and security in 25 minutes. This sparked a discussion among commenters about their own experiences and the varying crowd levels at the airport throughout different times of the day. While some praised the quick process, others mentioned longer wait times and advised arriving earlier to avoid stress. Tips were shared about utilizing fast-track pass services and the importance of allowing sufficient time for check-in, especially during busy periods.

to give enough time due to unforseen circumstances and also you can queue before they open. Queues can get big.

I would be at the airport around 4am. I prefer to have more time than rushing and worrying. A few hours at the airport will be pleasant and will past real quick. There are restaurants, shops, toilets and aircon. A good place to relax actually.

better to sit around the airport knowing you are there, than sat at home looking at the clock and thinking about any traffic problems. Once arrived can relax and enjoy ๐Ÿป .

Airlines do not open check in counters before three hours before your flight. So I donโ€™t see how the extra hour is going to be of any benefit. Did you get luggage checked at the counter for hours before your flight?

I think 3 hours is definitely enough time. Small queue at check in, but none at security or immigration.
