Matters not where you are you still have to go through the embassy of Thailand to get on a flight. Been trying for ages.

Leaving is not a good option, I went out to go to work for 4 weeks not been able to get back yet and it's been 7 months now. Take the wife with you to the immigration office and see what they can do. I found them to be very helpful in the past be respectful and dress reasonably well.

Like it says. No leaving for the first week then if you pass a covid test you get out for 1 hour a day untill you pass the last test and they set you free.
