Agoda.com lets you search for sha+ hotels. Just bear in mind if a hotel seems suspiciously cheap you'll only see the total cost on the final payment page.

The ambiguity was that I could have entered UK as my "Permanent Residency / Current Location" are 2 different things. Also wasn't sure if a Tourist Visa is considered a "residence visa" as I'm presumably still considered a visitor not a resident. Anyway, thanks for your clarifications. I've just tried that. The full list is better but it's not per 100,000 population. If I want to compare provinces to each other (or other countries) I've got to get my calculator out. Thanks for the suggestion though.
