ORIGINAL POSTERI'm a Brit in Hoi An (central Vietnam) waiting for my 2nd jab. I hope to get to Thailand about Xmas-time on 60-day tourist visa. 2 questions:
1. Can I get an E-visa? The wording (see screenshot) isn't clear to me. I came to VN on a tourist visa in 2/20 & have gotten extensions since then. Is that a "residence visa"? My "permanent residency" is UK but not been back since 11/19.
1. The tourist visa requirements are noticably different on the websites of the Thai Embassy in Hanoi & the Thai Consulate in HCMC (the latter being more demanding). Would they really enforce different rules or is one of them likely to be incorrect?
