What should I do with my ATK test results after the "Test & Go" arrival in Thailand?

I arrived on "Test & Go" at BKK on 23/12. Negative result. Given an ATK test kit: didn't understand what to do with it or it's results. Waited for "alert on day 6-7" to see if any further info given. Today (day 14?), I got 1st alert from Morchana, asking for RT-PCR result to be uploaded. Huh? I saw the message only briefly & it can't be accessed on the app.

I've no idea what is required. Upload day 1 test result? Get a 2nd RT-PCR? Do they really mean ATK result? Anybody with a similar experience? Any possible repercussions for ignoring it? (btw I've seen other posts mention a "pink slip": I wasn't given one & don't know what it is)

TLDR : Answer Summary
A traveler who arrived under the "Test & Go" program in Thailand is confused about the process regarding the ATK test kit provided upon arrival. They have received alerts from the Morchana app asking for an RT-PCR test result but are unclear on whether to upload the initial test result or take a second RT-PCR test. Many comments reveal similar experiences, with several suggesting emailing a picture of the ATK result to the hotel for processing, as the Morchana app has been unreliable for some users. The situation reflects a lack of clear communication from authorities and variations in the protocol followed by hotels.

I think you were like me and arrived during that grey period where they were starting to revert back to Sandbox only. I was supposed to do a day 6 PCR, but never was given a form or any instructions of any sort.

Pcr started for arrivals on 24th

Take test and send picture of result via email or Line back to your test & go hotel.

You’re safe - Same problem - Hotel staff staff told me to mail a picture of my passport - Hotel receipt - and Result on plastic tester - (Not to suggest skulduggery, but you could be positive., and put a negative persons saliva on it) - I did as they said and they didn’t even acknowledge the mail…… Please don’t worry 😉

Just email a photo of the results back to the hotel. They will take care of reporting it. Morchana was useless.

I sent copy of my rapid test back to the hotel.

Got mine e 14 Nov and after day 7 did the test. Sent email to hotel asking what to do with result.

Hotel asked me to send a picture of test result to them and they would forward to the relevant department.

I did this and kept copies of the correspondence from hotel.

Never heard any more.

Exactly same situation as you , arrived given atk , I asked hotel staff during day 6 when I did atk if I should upload the result but they said it's fine

If you got given the atk at the airport then you should be good I think

Exactly the same here, right down to the arrival date. Only ever had to use the app to get into the Sunday Walking Street market here in Chiang Mai. (I'd already deleted it, so had to stand there re-downloading with so many others doing the same.)
